This popular 16-week class is offered in Seattle in the spring and fall on Mondays from 7–9 p.m., plus two Saturday
all-day retreats from 10am to 4pm. Fall class begins in mid-September, spring class begins mid-January. Please check back late summer for 2010-2011 dates.

This course in spiritual deepening and discernment draws upon the practices, insights, and wisdom within Sufism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism. Key elements include cultivating spiritual qualities and spiritual practices. The class supports a way of being that is prayerfully present and joyously responsive to God's compassion, presence, and guidance.
