Bet Alef Meditative Synagogue: Seattle, WA. The essence of Bet Alef is its meditative approach to Jewish identity, the traditional liturgy, rituals, and text. The liturgy is abbreviated, so greater attention is devoted to contemplation. Guided meditations, as well as chanting, music, song and silence are all part of the worship experience. These elements help us explore the "inner spaces" of Jewish identity and experience, and support our wholeness and our appreciation of the oneness of being.

Camp Brotherhood: Arlington, WA. The Levine & Treacy Family Village at Camp Brotherhood is a retreat center offering facilities and programs to foster interfaith, racial, and ethnic harmony and to strengthen fellowship within and between communities as we reach out to families and youth.
Lev Shalom: Seattle, WA. Lev Shalom is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that sponsors retreats and workshops that deepen the Jewish spiritual celebration and promote the exploration of interfaith spirituality. Rabbi Ted Falcon serves as the spiritual director of Lev Shalom.

Compassionate Action Network (CAN): Think about Compassionate Action Network as the "sprouts of compassion." Compassion is much more than feelings of empathy toward others. Compassion is an entirely different way of acting. CAN aims to focus attention on what we do in the world, in all of our institutions—schools, families, neighborhoods, foundations, community organizations and other nonprofits, small businesses and corporations, hospitals, unions and professional associations, prisons and halfway houses, faith and spiritual communities, government (city councils, state legislatures and legislators, Congress and national lawmakers), and the military—to adopt and promote compassion as our guiding principle.
